Abandoned Shoes…can anyone else explain the mystery behind single shoes left along the roadside?
I’ve seen this over many years, in my home state as well as in several countries I’ve traveled.
And each time it puzzles me.
“What’s up? Where’s the other shoe? Why does this keep happening?”
Am I the only one noticing these abandoned shoes? It’s a conundrum….
Same here! Lots of those “lost” shoes around here as well! I can’t imagine loosing a shoe!
I know and then, once you realize one is missing, do you keep the other one certain that you’ll find the other? For how long? And why by the side of the road – is there some ritual about flinging shoes out of a car window? So perplexing….
